George’s broad background in sales, management and business ownership have earned him a reputation as a skilled negotiator. George has worked in commercial real estate in Bismarck-Mandan since 2005 and specializes in commercial acquisitions, sales, commercial leasing and commercial development, plus business and multi-family sales.

With Regina’s real estate marketing, management and technology background, it’s easy to see why her skills are essential to the day-to-day operations of the brokerage. Licensed since 2011, Regina provides Rise and its clients commercial real estate expertise, including property management, leasing, sales and project management.
Adam joined the Rise team after graduating from the University of North Dakota with a degree in banking and financial economics. He focuses on commercial and industrial real estate development and transactions. Adam was raised in a family dedicated to real estate and development in Bismarck/Mandan, and it shows in his drive to help the community flourish.
Chris has been involved in commercial real estate and business ownership in North Dakota since 2012. A U.S. Army veteran, his experience in buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate, as well as his experience in property management, has given him the tools to serve clients’ best interests on both sides of the transaction.
In sales and business management since 1990, Fred excels in high-dollar transactions and delights in helping businesses of all sizes maximize profits and avoid costly mistakes. Fred also is the president and owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Bismarck, giving him state-of-the-art technology and tools to sell complete business and property transactions.
Nash won’t just sell you a property, he’ll give you an honest opinion about the building’s structure and functionality. Nash grew up in the construction business so his transition to real estate in 2008 was a natural fit. He has a passion for real estate and a genuine interest in serving his clients.
