Adam Geiger, a Bismarck native, is passionate about helping clients succeed in commercial real estate. He earned his real estate license in 2019 and joined Rise Property Brokers full-time in 2020 after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. In 2023, he earned the prestigious CCIM designation, further strengthening his expertise in commercial real estate valuation.

As a full-time commercial broker, Adam has extensive experience in leasing, sales, land deals, and RE development. His knowledge and dedication make him a trusted partner for clients navigating the complexities of commercial real estate.

When he’s not working, Adam can usually be found out on the river with family and friends, hitting the golf course, or enjoying dinner and drinks with his wife, Katherine. Adam also spends his free time watching sports—especially football, where he proudly cheers on the New England Patriots.

George Yineman

Since 2005, George Yineman has built a career in commercial real estate rooted in experience, expertise, and results. With a broad background in sales, management, and business ownership, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every deal. Jon Lee brings a deep-rooted passion for the Bismarck/Mandan community to his work in commercial real estate. Raised locally, he cares deeply about the region and remains committed to helping it grow and thrive. Jon graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Mass Communications, where he also served as a captain on the Track & Field team, an early indication of the discipline and leadership that would define his career.

For more than 35 years, Jon built a diverse professional path in franchising, management, and small-business ownership. After founding and later selling Bread Poets, he transitioned into commercial real estate with a clear purpose: to stay connected to small businesses, support his community, and help individuals achieve their real estate goals.

Since then, Jon has guided numerous clients through the complexities of buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. He is especially passionate about assisting small-business owners, bringing integrity, creativity, and grit to every challenge. His experience also includes serving as a Business Advisor for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, where he mentored entrepreneurs through an intensive curriculum covering all aspects of business ownership.

Jon’s commitment to his community extends beyond business. He served nine years on the Bismarck School Board, including two terms as President, contributing his leadership to the future of local education.

At home, Jon is happily married to Juanita, the Public Information Officer at Bismarck State College. Together, they’ve raised three children and are kept endlessly entertained by their Goldendoodle, Tuxx, affectionately known as “the best, best boy.

A Bismarck native and Bismarck High School graduate, Tyrus is a great addition to the Rise Property Brokers team. A recent graduate of Grand Canyon University, with a degree in Finance, Tyrus has stepped into commercial real estate as his full-time career.

Entrepreneurial from a young age, Tyrus launched and managed his own business, The Boat Butler, at just 15 years old. He also brings leadership and communication experience from coaching youth and high school golf, something he remains passionate about.

When he’s not working or studying, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, enjoying a bit of friendly competition and fresh air. With a strong work ethic, local roots, and a growing knowledge of finance and real estate, Tyrus is focused on building lasting relationships and delivering value for clients across North Dakota.

Maleah Nelsen

Since 2023, she has served as the firm’s marketing specialist, helping shape the brand and market properties with precision and insight.

Maleah’s background spans over a decade in graphic design, along with extensive experience in sales, technology, and more than 20 years in various forms of customer service. This diverse skill set gives her a sharp eye for detail, a client-first mindset, and a results-driven approach. As a licensed agent, she is committed to helping clients navigate their real estate goals with clarity and confidence. Above all, Maleah believes that people, relationships, and integrity are at the heart of every successful transaction—and she strives to ensure each client feels valued and supported every step of the way.

When she’s not crafting eye-catching marketing campaigns or helping clients find the perfect property, Maleah enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and catching live concerts—or pretending she’s in one.
